Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in 3 (business days)
Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: 3-7 days
Items will be shipped with tracking. Orders will ship within 3 working days, unless otherwise specified in the item description. If you require your items sooner, please include details in the notes section and we'll do our best to get your upcycled goodies to you for when you need them.
Sustainability is important to us, so all of the packaging we use is compostable - including the shipping label! The paper wrap can also be recycled (or upcycled, if you're feeling crafty), so you've got multiple options to keep things green.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. Please email info@sendonupcycling.com.au if you wish to organise. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us, as well as the cost of us re-shipping the replacement item. We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom orders cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Faulty Items
In line with Australian Consumer Law, should the item you purchased have a defect (subject to assessment) we will offer you a refund, replacement, repair or exchange on this item where:
- the product has faulty workmanship or materials
- is not fit for its purpose
- is significantly different from the sample or description
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
