I am an independent maker, I make for the joy of creating. I am not someone who believes in hobbies all my work is my job is my expression and is my livelihood.

I have gown up surrounded by hand working self employed people. And I understand the gift it was it see how hand work pays off. I’ve spent countless hours at markets growing up watching my mother support her own dreams and goals.

i stared in jewellery at 13 when I wanted to buy and ring for my cousin and myself and I decided it would be better to make them myself then sell to others. That mindset and keep me going for all these years. That can do attitude leaves me self employed and thriving.

I responsibly source all of my materials choosing to buy from independent and small businesses like myself. Or second and and reclaimed materials. I believe when people choose to Shop small they are contributing to something more than themselves. They contributing to a community built on interpersonal connection and built strength.

I choose to make because I can’t help but bring beauty into the world and through creating I leave a little something of myself in every piece.

I am a young creative. I think so wholeheartedly that it is so special to choose creativity in a world full of misunderstanding and corporate greed. If you choose to support my vision and my creativity I think you greatly because you are the reason I can live sustainably as a maker.
