We are a small family wood working business located on the wild West Coast of Tasmania/lutruwita.
Our range features fine Australian timber designs, inspired by nature and handcrafted with care. 
We love the natural world and ensure all the timber we use is reputably sourced. We are committed
to become as sustainable and eco-friendly as we can and our timber stock is now being replenished
from reclaimed and salvaged sources only. Available timber varieties will likely be subject to change
and the designs on offer may vary, depending on what's available. :)

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. (not applicable when store is in holiday mode)
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within the time frame agreed upon at time of purchase.
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking via Australia Post.
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping so you can manage your delivery.
• Please let us know during checkout if you would like a 'do not leave' instruction on your parcel.

Refund & exchange-

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if something isn't right please contact us when you receive your order.
If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
A full refund less the cost of shipping the item to you will be issued promptly on receipt. Return shipping is the buyers
responsibility. We offer a full coverage guarantee against any defects in workmanship.
