A qualified Industrial Designer, Silversmithing was one journey explored, learning new techniques as part of the craftsmanship in the art of hand-making. My designs are inspired by organic, architectural and sculptural forms.

Shipping Policy

Ready to ship in All my pieces are handmade to order and will be ready to ship within 7 to 10 days of order placement. Production timings will be confirmed at time of order. Any designs in stock will be dispatch within 3 days (business days)

Ships out using: All of my items are shipped with Australia Post and tracking numbers are provided upon despatch.

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Postage

All items are sent from our studio in East Gippsland, Victoria, via Australia Post with tracking. Shipping times are based on the delivery times stated by AusPost. Usually this is 3-5 business days for standard parcel post. If you experience any problems with delivery please get in contact with me.

Refund/Exchange

I hope you love your chosen Renate Jewellery design, as much as I loved making it, however I understand at times your selected choice isn’t quite what you were expecting and with that, I will happily exchange or refund you if you changed your mind. I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to return it in the same condition that you received it, unused or damaged and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Return postage will be at the buyers expense and we need to receive the jewellery back before we can process any exchange or refund.

Jewellery Photos

The photos showcasing our designs are representative of the items you will receive. Just a note, as these pieces are individually handcrafted to order, there may be slight variances with the final piece you receive. All designs are made in Sterling silver, but the shape may vary. All care is taken to ensure what you ordered is match closely but still making it individual and unique.

Processing Time

Ready to ship items are ready to post and I try to get these in the mail within 2 days of receiving payment.

Made to order items will be made and posted within 7 to 10 days of receiving payment.
