Welcome to PureTouch Skincare. I’m Jen, the maker behind every product, creating skincare by hand in small batches in Wollongong, NSW.
My range includes tallow face balms, silky body oils, pre-shower oils, body butters and bath milk powders. I work with ingredients such as grass-fed tallow, jojoba oil and botanical butters, carefully blending each formula for its texture and feel on the skin.
From gently infusing tallow with dried lavender to pouring, filling and labelling, I personally carry out each step. Every product reflects the care and attention of the person who made it.

Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. (business days)

Orders are carefully packed and sent from Wollongong, NSW. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

We will provide a refund, replacement or other remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights.
