Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil: The Heart of Our Products

Our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, grown locally, forms the foundation of our products (and the same premium oil we use in our salads!). Jam-packed with antioxidants and vitamins, this nutrient-dense oil provides the ultimate nourishment for your skin.

Wildcrafted & Organic Botanicals

We carefully source organic and wildcrafted botanicals for our Botanical Bath Soaks to ensure the highest quality in every product. Several of these botanicals are wild-foraged locally, ensuring freshness and a minimal environmental footprint.

Organic & Natural Skincare Ingredients

We prioritise organic ingredients like Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Calendula Infused Oil. These natural oils and plant-based ingredients are known for their nourishing properties, perfect for deep skin hydration and care.

Sourcing Locally First

At Polly’s Farm, we’re committed to sourcing ingredients locally to support Australian suppliers. 95% of our ingredients come from local and Australian sources, ensuring top-quality products while reducing our carbon footprint. For items like soap bags and ceramic candle jars, we source from offshore, but we’re constantly working to reduce our impact.

Supporting the Community: Giving Back

A portion of our soap ends are donated to local charities to support children’s arts and crafts programs as part of a carer respite program. This initiative allows us to give back to the community and help children engage in creative and therapeutic sensory activities.

Sustainable Packaging: Recycled PET Bottles & Eco-Friendly Innovations

We choose recycled PET bottles for our products to help reduce waste. While we initially explored glass packaging for our Organic Hand Wash, Organic Body Wash and Hand & Body Lotion bottles, we found that the carbon emissions due to shipping weight were high. We’re now exploring eco-friendly refill pouches and cardboard bottles as part of our ongoing sustainability improvements.

Eco-Conscious Collateral & Labels

Our soap labels and marketing collateral are printed on FSC-accredited paper stock with vegetable-based inks. Our printers, as APCO (Australian Packaging Covenant) signatories, follow rigorous sustainable practices. All our print collateral (brochures, information cards/fliers, wholesale collateral) are recyclable, compostable, and 100% biodegradable.

We give you the option to buy our soaps packaged or naked (unpackaged). This flexibility allows you to choose the most sustainable option for your lifestyle and help reduce packaging waste.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your Polly's Farm products in any way, we would love to hear from you so we can make it right!

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation for you.

To be eligible for a refund, we will ask for some information detailing why you are unhappy with your product, along with supportive images if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
