Off The Railz Designs was born from transformation—of stone, of metal, and of life itself.
Hi, I’m Railz. Industrial spray painter by day, lapidary artist and jewellery designer by night. I take rough stones, forgotten fragments, and reclaimed materials and shape them into wearable pieces with meaning.
Every piece is cut, shaped, and polished entirely by hand—no stencils, no shortcuts. Just patience, skill, and a deep respect for the natural beauty within each stone.
What began as a return to something I loved as a child became something more. After rebuilding my life, I found grounding, strength, and clarity in working with the earth-and that energy now lives within every piece I create.

Each piece from Off The Railz Designs is created by hand, shaped with intention, and finished with care. Because no two pieces are ever truly the same, a little time is taken to ensure your jewellery is prepared beautifully before it begins its journey to you.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3 business days.
For custom or made-to-order creations, please allow 10-14 business days for completion. These pieces are crafted slowly and intentionally, and you will be kept updated throughout the process.
If your order includes both ready-made and custom items, they will be shipped together once the custom piece is complete unless requested partial order shipment
Shipping Within Australia
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking included.
Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping
Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you need your piece sooner.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with tracking where available.
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs processing times are outside of my control and may occasionally cause delays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Every effort is made to ensure your piece arrives safely. However, delays once an item is with the postal service are outside of my control.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and I will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your address at checkout. Off The Railz Designs cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Your jewellery will arrive thoughtfully packaged, ready for gifting or safekeeping—because the experience of receiving your piece should feel just as special as wearing it.

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Off The Railz Designs
Each piece from Off The Railz Designs is handcrafted with care, intention, and individuality. Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery and the uniqueness of natural stones, slight variations and natural inclusions are part of what makes your piece truly one of a kind.
Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out prior to purchase if you have any questions about a piece.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for ready-made items only. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Every effort is made to ensure quality and durability, however if a genuine fault is identified, I will offer a repair, replacement (where possible), or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Repairs
I stand by my work and am happy to assess repair requests. If your piece becomes damaged over time, please reach out with details and photos.
Repairs may be offered free of charge or at a small cost depending on the nature of the damage.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Off The Railz Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for approved returns relating to faulty items. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
