Shipping Policy

Ready to ship in All items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. (business days)

Ships out using: Australian Post

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: 5 - 7 days from posted for standard post.

Please be aware that once posted your item is out of my control as to how fast Australian Post will deliver your item.

Payments

• Payment is made at the time of purchase

International orders are welcome, please contact me to arrange postage options.

If paying via PayPal, payment is appreciated on the day of purchase.
I also accept direct deposit within 48 hours of purchase. If paying via direct deposit, items will be sent once payment has cleared.

Shipping policy

• Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
• Default shipping is standard parcel with tracking (unless arranged otherwise)

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
