Due to their unique, bespoke nature, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty items. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. I will be happy to arrange a refund (including original shipping costs) once the item has been returned to me.
- Returns for faulty items must be shipped back to me at the buyer's expense.
- I recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as I am not responsible for items lost in transit.
