Ready to ship in Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, boutique requests will depend on wood availability (business days)
Ships out using: Pickup Port Pirie and Adelaide or Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: 5 to 7 business days
Due to the nature of natural wood items will have naturally occurring “defects”, care is also required for items to ensure that they do not become damaged by water of heat. Refunds will only be considered for defective items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
