Therefore, each product is unique and may come with their own distinguishing imperfections.

Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: 1-10 days : Depending on the delivery method you select and/or your location.
We include a packaging slip with your order that does not show the item price.
However, if you would like to receive a tax invoice for your order, please message me. I will send a tax invoice to you via email.
According to Australia Post, the delivery time frame is a guide only.
I provide the tracking number once dispatched, so please track your order via online.
If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after it has arrived, please refrain from using it and contact me within 14 days after it has been received.
I am happy to accept returns in the event you have a change of mind and no longer want the product (this does not apply for custom orders, which returns will not be accepted for.)
However, unfortunately in many cases, postage fees for the initial delivery are not refundable.
The return postage will also be the responsibility of you, the buyer.
Refunds can be processed once we receive the returned product.
