Delivery Times: 5-7 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items.
Shipping ceramics to avoid damages requires lots of packaging for protection. However I aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
I also aim for as much recyclable materials as possible for packaging.
To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
If I can see that your item needs picking up from your local post office, I will email to let you know.
I won’t return for change of mind, however where you feel the item wasn’t as described or faulty, it will be considered on a case by case basis. I offer refunds for faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You (the customer) will be responsible for return postage. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.
