Lanadesign 'Fun Bags' basically
started out of pure frustration. I went
shopping for a new handbag and
walked out completely empty-handed
and, honestly, incredibly bored.
Everywhere I looked, it was just a sea
of dull black, brown, and beige. It felt
like the big commercial brands had
totally forgotten that fashion is
supposed to be fun, colourful, and full
of life!
Tired of seeing the exact same mass-
produced bags everywhere, I decided
to take matters into my own hands. I
wanted colour, energy, and bags that
actually worked for real life.
So, I started making my own using the
most vibrant, fun fabrics I could find.
I designed them with a proper purpose
in mind-spacious shoppers for the
market runs, handy everyday totes,
and easy, hands-free sling bags for
when you're out and about.
Every single bag in my shop is 100%
made by me right here in Australia. I
do the whole lot-I draft the patterns,
hunt down the brightest fabrics and
accessories, and sit at my machine
sewing every single stitch.
After getting so much love and seeing
so many smiling faces at the local
markets, I'm so excited to bring
Lanadesign 'Fun Bags' online here on

Because our items are handmade, minor variations in stitching, pattern placement, fabric texture are a natural characteristic of the crafting process and make your bag truly unique. These variations are not considered defects
1. Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your new bag. If you change your mind about a ready-made purchase, we accept returns for a full refund or a store credit under the following conditions:
*Timeframe: You must contact us and post the item back within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
*Condition: The bag must be completely unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
*Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If your bag arrives with a major structural fault or defect:
*Contact us using the "Çontact" button on our Madeit store within 7 days of delivery.
*Please include your order number, a brief description of the fault, and clear photographs of the damage.
*If the item is deemed faulty, we will coordinate with you to cover return postage and arrange a full refund or replacement.
3. How to Start a Return
1. Log into your Madeit account, visit our store, and click the "Contact" button to message us with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for us to confirm your return request and provide the correct return shipping address.
3. Package your bag securely and post it back to us via tracked mail.
4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will request Madeit Support to officially process your refund or credit through their system.
