I'm Kasia, a fibre artist and street artist/yarnbomber based in East Gippsland.

Yarn has been my creative playground for years. What started as a way to calm my nerves on my first long-haul flight, with a crochet hook and some yarn in hand, has grown into an ongoing exploration of wearable art, textile sculptures, weavings and fibre art for your walls.

I love working with colour, texture and unexpected combinations, letting ideas take shape as I go. I'm not much of a pattern follower when it comes to creating art. I prefer a little room for the unexpected. It's often where the interesting things happen!
