Welcome to Knavish Designs,

I started this very small business nearly 12 years ago, and by accident, rather than intention, I have been on the track of customised archery equipment (quivers and arm guards), as well as dog collars and equestrian bridles and accessories.

It doesn't end there though, if there is an item you would like made specially for you that isn't in the photos, please let me know, and we can discuss your requirements. Think of the photos as ideas to get you started, nothing is set in concrete here and you are welcome to customise to your heart's content.

Shipping Policy

Ready to ship in I don't keep any made stock on hand. Anything you order will be made to your specifications and measurements, so depending on how much customisation you would like, this can take a little time. Orders generally are in the post within 2 weeks of you submitting your order. If it's going to take longer than that I'll let you know. (business days)

Ships out using: Australia Post

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: If you are in Australia, delivery time is usually 5 to 7 days. I use standard post with tracking. If you would like me to send your item by Express Post, please let me know.

If you would like to customise your order, I am very happy to discuss with you at length what you have in mind. It can sometimes take time to pin down all your details and ideas, and you are under no pressure to hurry your decisions. Your leather goods are going to last a long time, so it's important to get all the details right. Please feel welcome to ask for anything, no matter how crazy your request might seem; if it's within my capabilities, I'm happy to make it for you.

I try to make sure that I stick to your instructions exactly so that whatever you order is just what you want. However, if you find that you are not satisfied with your product in any way, or if it has been damaged in the post, please don't suffer in silence. Let me know about any problem within two weeks of receiving your package and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
