Hello and welcome to my store!
I’m based in Hay Point and work full-time, with sewing as my weekend passion. I love spending my spare time in my newly renovated sewing room, creating pieces that are both practical and made with care.
I’m a proud mum of four boys—my youngest has just turned 22. When they were little, I spent years sewing for them, including making school uniforms, which is where my love for sewing really grew.
Over the past few years, I’ve upgraded my machines and expanded into creating dog beds and dog coats. This is where my second label, Jeffcoat’s Waggly Tails, was born. All dog-related items fall under that label, while everything else is created under KJ Designs.
I enjoy taking on a variety of projects and love a good challenge. I also proudly support other small businesses—and yes, I’ll admit I’m a bit of a fabric collector too!
