Change of Mind
No change of mind, damaged only. Due to the fragile one-of-a-kind nature of handmade glass art, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review all photos, dimensions, and descriptios carefully before purchasing. Contact me with any questions.
Damaged in Transit
If your piece arrives damaged, I will offer a full refund. You must:
- Take photos of damaged item plus packaging within 48 hrs of delivery.
- Keep all packaging for the shipping claim.
- Contact me immediately at juliaborowskiart@gmail.com
Claims cannot be processed without photos of the damaged parcel.
Shipping
All pieces are professionally packed and sent with tracking plus insurance. Once Australia Post/StarTrack scans the parcel as delivered, I am not responsible for delivery.
