Welcome to JoannesBears. My love of bear making began in the 1990's, when I made miniature and dressed bears for competition. Today I lovingly create one of a kind artisan teddy bears and animals, each sewn with care and meaning. My bears are more than toys—they’re companions. No two bears will ever be alike.
Every bear is hand-stitched, carefully shaded, and completely unique. I use quality fabrics, German glass or safety eyes and detailed touches like embroidered noses to bring each creation to life.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, please choose carefully as I do not accept cancellations or refunds unless the goods have a manufacturing defect. Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but If a refund or exchange of the item is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund or repair, less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
