Hello and welcome to Jelaine Home.
I'm Jen, the maker behind Jelaine Home, creating handcrafted home decor from my home studio on Queensland's beautiful Redlands Coast.
Inspired by coastal living, natural textures and the beauty of the ocean, I create decorative trays, trinket dishes, boxes and other handcrafted decor pieces using eco-friendly composite materials, mother-of-pearl tile mosaic accents, natural stone and terrazzo-inspired finishes. Each piece is individually poured, sanded, sealed and finished by hand, making every creation unique.
The name Jelaine combines my name with that of my late mother, Elaine. She passed away at the age of 53, when I was 23, and this business is a tribute to her memory and the creativity she always encouraged.
What started as a creative outlet quickly became a passion. Creating is my therapy, and I love nothing more than spending time in my studio bringing new ideas to life. I take great pride in the details, from the finishing touches on each piece to the care taken when packaging your order. Providing personal customer service is incredibly important to me, and I believe it's one of the reasons so many of my customers continue to return and support my small business.

Due to the nature of the handcrafted work involved and the size of some products and orders, the turnaround time may be up to two weeks. Any delays or changes will be communicated clearly and updated if needed. I’ll always keep you in the loop!

• As your items are handmade to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
• If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll arrange a suitable solution.
