Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 7 business days (or as arranged) Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase) Items are carefully & securely packaged and I use recycled packaging wherever possible. Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. (business days)

If items are damaged in shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to work out a solution or make an insurance claim. Keep the packaging to claim with the shipping company.
Returns

I want you to love your artwork; therefore, I accept returns on the following basis: You contact me within 5 days of receipt and post back to me within 14 days. I will issue a refund only after receiving the item undamaged, in its original condition.
Conditions of return items:
For change of mind, buyers are responsible for the initial and return postage costs. If you receive a refund from the original purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
