Hello all! I'm Jenni, an internationally-qualified cosmetics formulator. I'm a natural girl without a natural aesthetic I make a boutique range of organic & naturally-fragranced candles, but I am a lover of colour & all things bold & beautiful. My candles are low-tox but fill the home with beautiful natural fragrance (less irritating than traditional candles), and my skincare is expertly formulated to be gentle enough for the most sensitive skin while still being effective and an absolute delight to use! If you want minimal (ie zero) synthetics but maximum pleasure and impact, then you're in the right place!

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped within 3 days of date of placing order, and a tracking number will be provided to the customer. The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking and notifying Hampton Botanic if there is any issue in receiving an order. Hampton Botanic is located in a Regional area with no option for sending via courier so Australia Post standard is used for all shipments. If you wish to purchase Express Post please notify us ahead of placing your order (or within 12 hours after placing your order) and we will invoice you for the additional associated cost. Please note that given our Regional status Express Post is not guaranteed the same way it is in major cities, please check the Australia Post website in advance of requesting Express Post using our post code 3860. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or any consequences, financial or otherwise, incurred by the customer.

Returns Policy

Hampton BotanicĀ takes pride in providing customers with products of a high quality and standard. We take great care when packing items for shipping, but sometimes accidents do happen! If an item arrives broken and/or damaged, please email us at love@hamptonbotanic.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the item and the packaging as you received it (required for insurance purposes), along with the order number & receipt. We will reply to you to discuss a replacement or refund. Refunds will only be credited to the same account/card which you used to make your initial purchase/transaction.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for orders due to 'Change of Mind' or because an item is not how you expected. no longer suitable for your purposes. We endeavour to describe our items in as much detail as possible on the website to help you make a considered choice before purchasing, and welcome any questions via email / messenger prior to purchasing to assist in any way we can and to help you purchase the best products for your needs.

Due to hygiene/safety reasons we cannot accept returns of skincare/body/soul products for any reason. At our discretion, we may agree to exchange unused candles in resellable condition within 28 days of purchase for another of the same value, please email us to discuss. The customer is responsible for all involved shipping costs via a registered tracked postal or courier service at their own expense. We are in no way responsible or liable for goods that may go missing or be lost in transit.
