• Custom orders are made to order and take longer due to additional consultation and production time and are generally shipped within 15-20 business days unless otherwise advised (sometimes sooner).
• I endeavour to send your orders as quickly as possible. Freedomfield is a small business so please be patient and remember that delays due to unforseen circumstances may happen from time to time. In the event of a delay, we will contact you ASAP. In some circumstances we may need to contact you before shipping, please remain contactable to avoid additional wait time.
• I do not ship orders on public holidays or weekends.
• All orders are tracked and you will receive advice via text or email once your order is dispatched.
• Shipping timeframes may vary depending on Australia Post processing times.
• International orders may be subject to additional taxes depending on your country, or delays caused by customs inspections outside our control. We accept no responsibility for additional expenses or delays caused by these factors and recommend you contact your local customs office for information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of Freedomfield garments, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for:

· Change of mind

· Incorrect sizing selection

· Preference changes after purchase

· Minor handmade or reclaimed material variations described on the website.

Please read all product descriptions, measurements and care information carefully before purchasing.

Return Process

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain return approval.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided. Items should be returned in their original condition unless faulty.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a return is accepted, items must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval, however processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Custom (made-to-order) items are offered on a pre-order basis. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Full payment upfront is required for all custom orders before production commences. Custom (made-to-order) products are subject to limited availability at our discretion.

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.
