If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with me immediately and email or text me clear photos of the damage so that I can issue you a full refund.
- All original artworks are carefully inspected and wrapped before shipping.
- Your painting will arrive ready to hang, varnished with a Certificate of Authenticity included.
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me. I will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged piece.
- For all other reasons (change of mind, decor style, etc.), please consider the purchase final, as each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Restocking fee may apply.
- For prints, you may contact me within 7 days if there’s a problem with quality or shipping, and I will work with the supplier to resolve it.
- I’m happy to provide detailed images and guidance before purchase to help you feel confident.
