I've made nearly every animal including making dogs like their real pet, and cats. I make gaming characters to order too.
I take great care to make my items childproof and safe, and I use safety eyes on most toys but, as these can be chewed off by an unsupervised toddler or baby, I recommend you asking me to embroider eyes on the toy if you are giving it to a child under 3 years old.
All items are made by me in a clean, smoke free home. Most products are made from Australian sourced cotton / wool/ bamboo and blends. Please see item description for the type of yarn used.

Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn't right, please contact me first within 7 days. As most of my products are made to order, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is demonstrably faulty.If a refund or exchange is arranged, the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

- Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)

- Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
