🌿 Quality & Care All items are handmade with love in a clean, smoke-free home. I take great care to make my creations safe and child-friendly. While I use safety eyes on most toys, I recommend embroidered eyes for gifts intended for children under three years old, as safety eyes can be chewed off by unsupervised little ones.

🧶 Materials Most of my products are crafted using Australian-sourced cotton, wool, bamboo, and blends. Specific yarn details are included in each item’s description.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn't right, please contact me first within 7 days. As most of my products are made to order, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is demonstrably faulty.

If a refund or exchange is arranged, the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Shipping & packaging policy

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days (or as arranged)
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Items are carefully & securely packaged.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

• Payment is required at the time of order
• Turn-around time is 10 working days unless stated otherwise on product listing.
• Made to order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made.
