Changed your mind?
As each toy is individually handmade, please choose your new friend carefully. I’m generally unable to offer returns or refunds simply for a change of mind.
If we do agree on a return, the item will need to be returned unused and in its original condition. Return postage would be the buyer’s responsibility.
Free shipping covers your toy’s journey to you, but unfortunately does not cover the cost of sending it back.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t as described, please get in touch with me within 14 days. I’ll always do my best to make things right.

A little note about handmade
Every EkaToys toy is made individually by hand, which means there may be tiny variations in colour, size, shape or details. I think these little differences are part of what makes handmade creations so special — each one is truly unique.
