- Items will be shipped within 3 days.
- Personalised items will normally be shipped within 5 days.
- Default shipping is standard parcel with tracking (unless arranged otherwise).
Refund & Exchange policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 2 days. I will always try to work something out.
If an exchange is agreed, the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund, less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Refunds will be given only when I've made a mistake or the goods are faulty, and the goods must be returned prior to the refund being issued.
Custom orders
- Turn-around time is up to 5 days.
- Custom orders are unable to be cancelled or amended once payment has been made. However if there is any issue, get in touch because I will always try to work somethig out.
