Welcome to Memories of You, a keepsake jewellery studio based in Sunbury, Victoria.
I’m Kylie, a resin artist specialising in handcrafted keepsake stones that preserve the people, pets and moments you never want to forget. Drawing on my experience creating and teaching resin art, I transform treasured inclusions into miniature works of wearable art, thoughtfully created to tell your unique story.
Your keepsake can incorporate breastmilk, cremation ashes, hair, pet fur, whiskers, feathers, dried flowers, umbilical cord, fabric, sand, soil and other meaningful materials. Each stone is individually handcrafted in my Sunbury studio and set into your chosen jewellery design, including rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, charms and men’s pieces.
Choose from a beautiful range of colours, shimmer effects, finishes and decorative details to create something that feels entirely personal. Every inclusion is carefully labelled, separately handled and documented throughout its journey. Any unused dry inclusions are safely returned with your completed keepsake.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Every Memories of You keepsake is personalised and made to order using your selected colours, finishes, details and treasured inclusions.
After ordering, you will receive instructions explaining how to package and send your inclusions safely. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of inclusions to Memories of You. Tracked postage is strongly recommended, particularly when sending irreplaceable materials.
Keepsakes are generally completed within approximately 8–12 weeks from the date your inclusions are received, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. This timeframe is an estimate and does not include delivery time. You will be contacted if an unexpected delay affects your order.
Completed keepsakes are carefully packaged and sent through Australia Post with tracking. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before checkout. Additional postage or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address, failure to collect a parcel or other customer error may be charged to the customer.
If tracking shows that your completed keepsake is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact Memories of You so the matter can be investigated with Australia Post. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs if your parcel arrives damaged.

Because each keepsake is individually handcrafted, slight variations in colour, shimmer, inclusion placement and finish are natural and form part of its unique character. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF MIND
Please contact Memories of You as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once materials have been ordered, inclusions have been prepared or production has begun.
Because keepsakes are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections or personalisation choices made by the customer.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your keepsake arrives damaged, faulty or substantially different from what you ordered, please contact Memories of You as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging so the concern can be assessed promptly.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund. If an item is confirmed to have a fault, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed where required.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow the supplied jewellery-care instructions or ordinary wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
REFUNDS AND PAYMENT SERVICES
Because keepsakes are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections or personalisation choices made by the customer.
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the relevant payment provider’s procedures. Merchant transaction fees will not be deducted from a refund where the customer is legally entitled to a remedy.
Please contact Memories of You directly before returning an item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
