As these items are custom made to buyers specifications, returns are not accepted. As per health regulations, there can be no returns on earrings.
> However, if the item is faulty/damaged in shipping, please contact DesignerEmporio within 7 days of receiving the item & include photos of the problem. ONLY items with a "Refund Code" will be accepted by DesignerEmporio.
> If a buyer has accidently damaged their item/s, we may be able to fix it. Please send photos showing the problem. If it's fixable, buyer pays for shipping costs plus a fee for the repairs. This will be negotiated with & agreed to by the buyer beforehand.
REFUNDS:
