Crumbled & Co is a local Tasmanian business run by a creative husband and wife team who love sharing their art and joy for all things nerdy with the world.
We create items made from local Tasmanian timbers for all your TTRPG/D&D dice accessory needs, and to make sure no scraps are left behind, we also have a range of other wooden trinkets and jewellery made from our off-cuts.
Everything is 100% designed by us, modelled and cut out right in our backyard using our CNC router or laser cutter. We make sure to finish everything to a high degree with lots of detailed sanding and finishing touches. Our timber is coated with a bio-safe hardwax oil to keep it's natural look as well as offer more protection, and we polish everything with a lovely locally made beeswax finish.

Will my product look the same as what is pictured?
The overall design and finish will match the product pictures, however as we work with wood each box will be unique as colourations even within the same tree can vary. Wood can also be subject to worm holes, speckling and other minor abnormalities as produced by nature herself.
Instead of uniformity, working with wood allows for you to have a unique item that highlights the beauty of the natural world.
How do I best look after my product?
To minimise any changes to your product over time (as wood is ever-changing), follow these care tips:
- Keep away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent warping
- If subject to any spills, please wipe off with a dry or damp cloth as soon as possible
- Don't clean with chemicals as they might not play nice with natural oils and waxes used to seal our products
Returns and Refund
If you received a product that you are not satisfied with, you may return any full-priced item (excluding Crumb Bucket products) for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of item receipt.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping; we recommend using a tracked method of postage. Crumbled & Co is not liable for any items lost during return postage.
To initiate a return, please contact us at store@crumbledandco.com.au, with your order number and any further details required. Products returned to us without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that Crumbled & Co does not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect handling or storage. Due to the material and hand-finished nature of our products, standard minimal wood defects (such as worm holes, multiple wood colourations, etc) are not counted as defective or damaged items.
