PAYMENT
I accept STRIPE for payments and Paypal.
Please pay in full within 3 days of purchase. The item/s will only be posted once full payment has been received.
POSTAGE
Items will be sent from Brisbane. QLD via Australia Post (standard post) within 3 working days of payment clearing.
Postage within AUSTRALIA only.
I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Items will be sent to your MADEIT address. Please make sure this is correct.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are not given for change of mind, only in the event of faulty or incorrect items. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order. 
Due to the handmade nature of each item, there may be some variation from the image to your received product. Colours of felt may vary slightly depending on availability.
WARNING
Some of our felt sets contain small parts that could be a choking hazard for children under 3 years. Use as a teaching resource with very young children (where the adult holds the item).  Supervise children 3 to 5 yrs.
Care is taken to ensure the small felt pieces are attached securely and googly eyes and beads are not used on our products.
