Delivery Times: 4 - 10 business days
Please note that all parcels are posted via Australia Post and have tracking number. You should provide a mobile number with your order so you will be notified of your parcels journey. By placing an order on this website, you understand that delivery times are now in control of Australia Post.

Our custom order options mean the item is made to order. Please read the information on each product for estimated delivery times as this can vary.
SHIPPING COST
Our ceramics studio is based in Southern Victoria, Australia. We take great care to send the ceramics to you as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and calculated upon checkout.
Shipping ceramics safely requires lots of packaging and big boxes for protection. However, we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 1-2 business days (unless the item(s) are a custom order which usually are 4-6 weeks). All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive, longer for remote areas.
IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and Clay Create is not responsible for any breakages of returned items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders unless it faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
