Created by Susanna in small quantities, every design reflects a considered approach to materials and the time that handcraft deserves.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible items can be returned for store credit or an exchange.
Requesting a return
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed.
- In their original condition and packaging.
- Returned with all tags and labels attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll arrange store credit as a digital gift card or an exchange, subject to availability.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
