Today, we grow lavender, herbs, and seasonal fruits, crafting them into fragrant skincare, fruit-infused vinegars, and our signature Shrub drink mixers — inspired by the ancient word sharab. Most ingredients are grown on-site, with local sourcing supporting our community. The cool climate and rich soil now nourish not just crops, but a vision.
