Prior to purchase, please read the description on each item/product. I describe each item/product to the best of my ability. None of the photos/photography have been edited and are true to colour as they are in person. Note that phone and computer screens can show different colours so please be aware that the colours may differ again in person and you are welcome to ask additional questions prior to purchase.

With pottery/ceramic orders, each item/product is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap (we are working on a more sustainable option) and will be packaged in a box with fragile stickers attached. Despite our careful and most likely over the top packaging, breakages could occur. Each item will be photographed prior to wrapping, then wrapped and packaged for the security of the piece.

Please note that once an item/product leaves our studio, any items/product damage will be the responsibility of the postage carrier and Brony M will not be liable. Prior to postage, each item is photographed, wrapped and then photographed again in the package to show proof of protection and incase any claims need to be made. Brony M will hold these photos for strictly 14 days.

If any issues do arise with your order upon delivery, please contact us. Refunds will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and at Brony M's discretion.
