Welcome to BonZel Crafts

Hi, I'm Liz, the maker behind BonZel Crafts.

BonZel Crafts is all about creating handmade gifts and keepsakes designed to bring a little extra joy to everyday moments. I love making unique, character-filled pieces by hand, with a particular love for crochet, soft textures and those little details that make each creation special.

From cuddly handmade animals and baby loveys to keepsakes, decorations and other one-of a kind creations, everything is made with care, patience and plenty of love.

I also welcome custom orders, so if you have something special in mind, I'd love to work with you to create something personal and meaningful.

Delivery Times: Standard Shipping Time

All orders are carefully packed and sent via Australia Post
Where a tracked postage option is selected, tracking details can be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking allows you to follow the progress of your parcel and provides added peace of mind while your order is on the way.
Postage costs are calculated separately and added to the purchase price. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times.
BonZel Crafts is not responsible for delays that occur once an order has been handed over to the postal service, but I will always do my best to assist if there are any issues with your delivery.

As each BonZel Crafts item is handmade with care, I do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from what was described, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receiving your order, with details and photographs of the issue. I will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind once production has commenced, as they have been made specifically for you.
Payment of custom made items is required at the time of purchase.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
