From charming crochet baskets and organisers to unique seasonal décor and macramé pieces, every creation is designed and handmade by me in Australia. I love experimenting with colours, textures and different materials to turn a simple idea into something special.

Thank you for supporting my small handmade business. Every item is carefully handmade, checked and packed with love before it is posted to you.
Because each piece is handmade, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy before ordering.
Change of Mind
As my products are handmade to order or are small-batch/one-of-a-kind creations, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.
Please carefully check the product description, measurements, colours and photos before placing your order. If you are unsure about anything, please contact me before purchasing and I will be happy to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
I take great care when packaging your order, but unfortunately parcels can sometimes be damaged during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from the description, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, including any visible damage
Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be required when dealing with the postal carrier.
I will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
Handmade Variations
Please remember that handmade means unique. Small variations in colour, shape, stitching, texture and wooden grain are normal and are part of the character of a handmade product.
Wooden bases may have natural variations in grain, markings and colour. These are not considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
