Shipping Policy

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: 2-7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Information Payment is required at the time of purchase. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched in 1-3 business days. Processing times for made-to-order or custom items will vary - check individual item descriptions for more information. Items will be carefully packaged in recycled cardboard and mailed via Australia Post. Miniature paintings will be sent untracked in rigid envelopes to keep costs low. Orders of large numbers of miniature paintings, and/or orders of any other items, will be sent with tracking provided. Returns/refunds/cancellations I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item/s. If a refund is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition for a full refund less shipping. The refund will be paid as soon as I receive the returned item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, or fails to arrive after more than 10 business days, please contact me and we can determine the next steps. Please contact me immediately if an order was made erroneously/you wish to cancel your order.
