This design is inspired by the beauty of the Australian Barramundi and my love of eating it. The name Barramundi is from the Aboriginal Darumbal language of Central Queensland translating to “large-scaled river fish.” Barramundi is known by different names in other Aboriginal languages.
This table runner is made in a Oeko-Tex certified Belgian linen woven with Blue and Flax together. The barramundi has been printed in a teal and marine blue colourway. Durable and easy to care for, they are practical and beautiful.
All my products are hand printed, which means there may be slight differences during each print run and from piece to piece, making them all unique.
All Alili's products have been prewashed so preshrunk and heat pressed.
Size is 145cm x 50cm after prewash.
The screen printing process uses non-toxic and water-based products. The hand screen printing process minimises waste where we strive to reduce our footprint in the printing, production, marketing and packaging to create long-lasting treasured items with minimal environmental impact.
