All my items are handmade by me in my Longarm quilting studio; Quilt it Custom Brisbane.
I am a professional longarm quilter who has been sewing all my life, with no intention of stopping anytime soon. So to make space in my little studio, I have come here to sell my tried and tested bags and accessories. All my items are new and constructed with new materials. Some items are my own patterns and some are patterns from popular designers. I strive to source all my materials through Australian wholesalers and local business as much as possible. Supporting Australian business helps me to reduce my carbon footprint and support the local economy. I am committed to the future of Australian business, the handmade community and the environment.

Terms of purchase.
I love to make handmade goods and deliver exceptional quality quilting. I am confident in the quality of my work and never allow any goods to leave my studio with visible defects. If you find any issues with your goods, please read the following and contact me with your concerns.
In Australia, handmade goods are covered by automatic consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), requiring items to be free from defects, durable, and fit for purpose.
1. Quality Guarantee
88 Stitches ensures handmade products are free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipping.
2. Coverage Period
This workmanship warranty on handmade goods is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
3. What is Covered
- Structural defects (e.g. failed stitching, weak joints). Structural defects will not be warranted from carrying excessive weight in bags and improper use of any items outside of their intended use.
- Manufacturing faults in fabrics undetected at time of construction. This excludes slubs in natural fibres such as linen and cotton.
4. What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care, or accidents.
- Exposure to extreme elements (e.g., rain, direct sun).
- Minor variations in size, color, or texture that are natural characteristics of handmade products.
5. Returns
- 14 days for items received in error, or defective on delivery. Defects exclude any damage that has occurred while your order is in transit. All parcels must be signed for on delivery. 88 Stitches (T/A Quilt it Custom Brisbane) holds no liability for any damage caused in transit. Please check your parcel before you sign and contact Australia Post with any issues regarding the condition of your order on delivery.
6. Exchange & Refunds
- Please choose carefully as I do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Exchanges can be made on items that are returned in new condition. Exchanges must be received within 21 days and postage is at buyers expense.

- Proof of purchase - Date and receipt/Order number..
- Photographs of the defect.
- A description of the issue.
- If there is a valid failure of workmanship in your product, I will repair or replace (whichever is most viable) the product in question.
