Description
The hush and calm of the tall gums can almost be felt when you drape this handcrafted piece over your shoulders. Pair with your favourite dress, shirt or tee and take a little piece of Australia with you wherever you go. Featuring alpaca and merino that I have gently dyed with dye producing plants, including leaves from our local bushland or organic Indigo. Designed and hand woven at our farm in regional NSW, Australia.
Our small herd of suri alpacas live here on our farm and I can watch them grazing contentedly from the window while I weave. Supplementary fibre comes from nearby farms, making our slow fashion products truly sustainable and ethical.
Gently hand wash in warm water. Do not wring. Can be ironed with a protective cotton tea towel laid over it.
Maternity and breastfeeding friendly.
