Made from waterproof fabric, I have made these colourful Wet Bags. They are extra large and will hold a standard beach towel, swimmers and goggles.

The Fox pattern has a latch clip handle, to attach to a backpack for example.

The Boats and Baloons have a snap handle so it can be attached to a pram handle for example.
