A white cotton shirt has been skilfully cut to the shape of a bolero - high in the front and lower in the back. The sleeves were originally a layered cotton lace dress. The edging has been embellished with embroidered white trim and finished with two buttons and a third snap fastening at the neck. The regular collar has been replaced with a ruffled standing collar. You will love the movement of the sleeves!
Will it fit you? The cut is over the breast in the front so measurements should be taken across the upper chest and under the armpit. In total around it is about 118cm. The sleeves are about 53cm from the top of the shoulder seam. The back drops 37cm from the base of the collar. The front is only 19cm from the base of the collar.
While this garment may be machine washed, I recommend a wash bag.
