‘Ubuntu’ Afghan/Blanket/Throw
Designed by Dedri Uys, hooked by myself.
This particular blanket is available as a custom order.
The photographs show one that was lovingly made over many late nights, and was gratefully received in its new home.
Measuring approximately 160cm high x 185cm wide, this is the perfect size for a throw blanket to snuggle up with a loved one on those cold nights, for anyone from baby or toddler through to the elderly.
This gorgeous blanket can be made with either 100% Cotton from Bendigo Woolen Mills, or a High-quality Premium Anti-Pilling 100% Acrylic Yarn.
Both fibre options are very easy care - Fully machine washable at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle (wool setting), and tumble dry on a low temperature.
