The Sunburnt Country Collection artwork was part of a play and exploration session. I was using colours that I hadn't tried together before. It was an exploration of colour and composition, adding sweeps of white that gives lift and contrast. As always, the clear resin layer lifts the colours to an even more captivating level.
The abstract mixed media artwork by artist Kym Corn is full of warm, sunny Australian land and sea colours giving the collection the name Sunburnt Country.
