I made this pendant using the bead embroidery method using two stunning cabochons that put me in mind of a sunset. It is decorated with tiny pearls and crystals, and Japanese seed beads.

The backing is soft ultrasuede.

The pendent measures a little over 5.5 cms in length. It comes with a beaded chain in co-ordinating colours.

Some general jewellery care reminders:

• Do not allow jewellery to come into contact with perfume, moisturiser, body lotion etc., as this can affect colours or cause tarnish.
• Remove jewellery before bathing, showering or swimming as exposure to water can weaken the threading materials, and may cause discolouration of beads and findings in the case of chlorine in swimming pools.
• Exposing jewellery to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time can also cause colours to fade
