I use a beautiful Australian oil on the wooden portion of my boards that is 100% natural, silicone free and food safe.
Due to the nature of resin, there may occasionally be slight imperfections such as minor air bubbles or slight indents. I believe these add more character and charm to hand made items.
Care Instructions:
Clean with a micro fibre cloth soaked in warm soapy water and wipe dry.
Never use sharp objects on the resin portion of your board.
Never place hot dishes on the resin portion of your board.
Regular oiling of the wooden portion is recommended to maintain its condition.
Keep out of direct sun where possible to keep the resin from yellowing.
The resin portion can be brought back to shine by wiping over with a dry micro fibre cloth.
Each of my pieces are one of a kind and carefully handmade, however there are times when slight imperfections can occur due to the nature of working with resin.
