Longer Small Wooden Box- Tasmanian Blackwood & Huon Pine

Handcrafted with care from beautifully figured Tasmanian Blackwood with contrasting Huon Pine sides, this design is longer than the smallest size in our treasure box design. Fine finger-joints are created by individual saw cuts to produce each finger and a correlating groove. The interior of each box is attentively hand sanded before the box is linished in a graded process, to ensure a smoothness that is pleasing to touch. We preserve the attractive natural colour of the timber by finishing with multiple coats of premium clear lacquer. The solid timber lid is attached using quality concealed brass hinges.

We have included a standard size business card in some of the photos, to help provide a sense of scale. Please allow for small variations in sizing however as the quoted measurements are what we work to. Minor differences can occur as each box is unique and hand finished to bring out the best in the timber. The box pictured is the one you would receive.
