Shawl - The Olivia asymmetrical wool crochet

The design of this shawl showcases texture as and colour in a unique combination. 

Hand crocheted by me near Bellingen on the mid north coast of NSW. This took about 45 hours to create.

Crochet takes a third extra yarn than if knitted - giving that extra bit of warmth from the regular shawl!

FEATURES:

Size: 150 cm wide and 65 cm deep.

Shape:  Olivia is a three colour, asymmetrical, triangular shawl worked sideways from one corner.

Materials: The shawl is made with three skeins of Cascade Heritage 4 ply (fingering weight). Heritage is a super-soft yet durable yarn. Heritage has amazing stitch definition.

Colours: This shawl is made with orange, grey and navy blue. Lovely texture with bobbles and rings as part of the design.

Options for wear: You can change the look by the way you wear it by emphasising the rings, bobbles or colour.

Can be worn as a cowl, shawl or shawllette.

Care instructions: machine washable and dryable because of its blend of superwash merino wool and nylon.
