Hand dyed margilan silk, merino and silk fibres are combined to create this whisper light, lustrous shawl that shimmers in the fairy lights at your next big event or get together with friends.

Nuno felting is a welt feting process. It involves drawing out the fibres over hand dyed margilan silk gauze from Uzibekistan. The shawl is hand rolled around 600 times, then "fulled" to embed the wool and silk into the margilan gauze. The whole process takes 4-6 hours. Resulting in a beautiful light weight shawl or scarf.
