Description
This luscious crescent-shaped shawl in gorgeous in Fyberspates Gleem Lace colour 716 Crocus was hand crocheted by me near Bellingen on the mid north coast of NSW. It took approximately 35 hours to create.
The colour is a combination of lovely soft pinks and lavender blending to grey. This yarn is 55% Superwash Bluefaced Leicester Wool and 45% silk. It is hand dyed in shimmering complimentary tones, making it perfect for giving special lace shawls a ‘wow’ factor. The combination of Bluefaced Leicester wool gives the yarn structure while the silk provides a beautiful sheen and makes the colours glow wonderfully. The blend of both fibres makes the yarn strong enough to be blocked well and show off lace patterns to their best advantage.
Measures a generous 207 cm (83") long, 55 cm (22") widest point and 24cm (9.5") at the ends. Designed by Berniolie.
Perfect for an outing at any time the year - either night or day. Fine enough to use as a scarf to help keep the winter chill out around the neck. Great for that special occasion or to make a casual outfit that bit special.
